Refines the CIP-227 document to improve clarity and readability. Clarifies the abstract and motivation, emphasizing modular ownership and audit trails. Updates interface descriptions for IPartNFT, IVehicleNFT, and IComposer, and provides solidity code examples for each. Specifies metadata JSON schema and timestamp format. Improves rationale, backwards compatibility, test cases, implementation and security considerations.
