Added missing directory creations and updated the permissions to be the correct ones.
Added option to install fail2ban. Added additional input questions. Added silent install of phpmyaqdmin.

In the stratum algo conf files for the database password there was a } left over.
Updated to use https://github.com/crombiecrunch/yiimp-reloaded.git, enhanced nginx security, option to enable autoexchange, code clean up
Removed changing entire log dir from being owned by www-data plus removed logs from being executable.
