PunkGraphicStream Version 0.7.2

To run this program please ensure you have both the jar 
and native library "libass" in the same directory.

Then run:
java -jar PunkGraphicStream.jar input.ass fps

Where 
input.ass: input subtitle file 
fps: is one of film, film_ntsc, pal, ntsc, hd_pal or hd_ntsc

N.B. This is the initial import to GitHub of an old program 
build instructions for the native library will follow soon.
