- Insert What is this section in README with a layman-friendly description - Insert comprehensive Install section covering pip, pipx, uv, and source installs - Add install.sh (Linux/macOS) and install.ps1 (Windows) installer scripts - Add layman.md with the plain-language description
- core.py: guard analyze_capture against non-dict input (TypeError); skip non-dict att_ops entries; handle non-iterable properties fields; guard load_capture against non-str input - cli.py: catch TypeError from load_capture; wrap analyze_capture call to surface errors as clean stderr messages with exit code 2 - mcp_server.py: fix broken import (scan/to_json did not exist in core); implement as thin wrappers around load_capture + analyze_capture - pyproject.toml: add ruff line-length=120 to match existing code style - tests/test_hardening.py: 14 new tests covering missing-file, JSON array, empty input, None args, non-iterable properties, non-dict att_ops items
