Drop the rc pin in `@codama-internal/spec-generators` now that `@codama/spec@1.6.0` is published on npm. Regenerated artifacts are byte-identical to the prior `1.6.0-rc.6` baseline — the spec content didn't change between rc.6 and the stable release.

This PR bumps the
@codama/specdependency in@codama-internal/spec-generatorsfrom1.6.0-rc.6to1.6.0now that the first stable release is live on npm. Regenerated artifacts viapnpm --filter @codama-internal/spec-generators generateare byte-identical — the spec content is unchanged from rc.6, only the version label moved. All gates pass locally: spec-generators lint + 289 tests, top-levelpnpm build(17 tasks),pnpm test(34 tasks), andpnpm lint(17 tasks).
