Now that `@codama/spec@1.6.0` is published on npm, drop the rc pin in `spec-generators`. The generated Rust output is byte-identical to the prior `1.6.0-rc.6` baseline — the spec content didn't change between rc.6 and the stable release.

This PR bumps the
@codama/specdependency inspec-generatorsfrom^1.6.0-rc.6to^1.6.0now that the first stable release is live on npm. The generated Rust output is byte-identical (git diff codama-nodes/src/generated/is empty) — the spec content is unchanged from rc.6, only the version label moved. All gates pass locally:pnpm lint,pnpm test(148),pnpm generate(no artifact diff),cargo build/test/fmt/clippy(1008 tests, no warnings).
