Maintain assembly instructions using PartCAD

Not all blueprints are added yet.
A few problems were identified in the published models and previous instructions.

PartCAD does not yet generate bill of materials, assembly instructions (in PDF) and URDF.
But once it does, it will maintain consistency between all those.
For now, use VS Code to browse models that are created using published files, to make sure that the published files are correct and up to date with the assembly instructions.
If you can't make the rendered 3D models look like the real thing, then something is wrong with the published models.
Which is currently a case (see the Arm).
