Bumps from PXC v8.4.6 to v8.4.7 and removes the audit log plugin patch previously backported for v8.4 support.
This is a cherry-pick of #92 for the support/1.1.x branch that additionally pulls in a bump to Percona XtraBackup v8.4.0-5 - now a minimum requirement for PXC v8.4.7-7 xtrabackup SST support.
