Removes remaining Ubuntu Bionic (18.04) references from the stemcell UI/docs so it’s no longer presented as a selectable distro and no longer renders a Bionic deprecation notice.
Changes:
- Drop the Ubuntu Bionic distro from the stemcell distro list and navigation ordering.
- Remove conditional rendering of the Bionic notice from stemcell list/single templates.
- Delete the
_bionic_noticetemplate partial.
