- Pin http-accept to 1.7.0 to resolve runtime conflict with rest-client - Fix "can't activate http-accept-1.7.0, already activated http-accept-2.1.1" error This resolves the chef-server-ctl reconfiguration failure that occurred when chef 18.8.9 tried to load http-accept 2.1.1 while rest-client 2.1.0 enforces a < 2.0 constraint.
