👋 Hello! I'm Ray

I'm a software engineer 💻 with 4+ years of experience building cloud automation and observability solutions across Juju, OpenStack, and Kubernetes ecosystems. Open-source contributor with hands-on expertise in developing charmed operators, exporters, and tooling to integrate with Grafana and Prometheus. Strong engineering foundation in Go and Python, with working knowledge of JavaScript and modern CI/CD practices.

Currently, I'm working at Canonical to help refine their products based on the real world experience from our Managed Solution team. During my time at Canonical, I worked on and contributed to many open source projects including Sunbeam, MicroCeph, Kafka, Hardware Observer Operator, Falco and many others projects.

I am interested in, and currently learning the following domains:
