- Change site icon data type from *string to string in SiteUpdateReq struct
- Rename and update site icon related functions: - getWebLogoIcon -> getWebLogoIconBase64 - IconPath -> getIconBase64ByFormFile and getIconBase64ByURL
- Update site icon processing logic in update.go and sync.go
- Modify site list template to handle icon as base64 data
