This is stable enough to be tested by closer collaborators

Most of this issues are fixed:

• In scaling, I cannot type in resolution limit
• Please make "generate predictions" optional
• Image viewer cannot update while "generating predictions" it would seem
• Under "advanced" options please can we have a search
• Add a "quit" button
• Do we really need to run dials.report and dials.predict after every step?
• Standard output to the terminal where DUI2 is launched contains a lot of nonsense (temporarily of but easy to fix)
• Colour scheme / font for log panel non-ideal
• Do not run dials.report on import

Testing 1 pre-release

This first pre-release is for internal testing purposes, it should be tried by developers and close collaborators.

It is NOT meant to be tried by final users.
