Additional DARs in copyDarResources were copied to resourceDirectory root instead of resourceDirectory / "dar", causing inconsistent classpath structure and incomplete clean. Fixed by unifying all DAR copies into
dar/subdirectory, extracting darResourceDir, and adding explicit IO.createDirectory
