Updating the powder and bundler dependencies
* Update to the latest Bundler * Remove old ruby versions not available anymore in Travis.

We are still using shoestring to run some applications and we need to improve some metrics on the dependencies.
We updated Powder and Bundler in this PR. We also changed the File.exists? which is deprecated by File.exist?, this was shown during running the tests.
