Adds a
workflow_dispatchworkflow that builds ONLY the requested macOS arch viascript/bundle(--selfsign, ad-hoc) and uploads the .dmg as a workflow artifact — no GitHub Release, no Windows/Linux/Intel. Needed so a test .dmg can be produced for the daemon-session GUI test without the heavyzap_release.ymlfull-release run.
