minor updates to keep things running

• PHP 7/8 updates
• replace flowplayer with HTML video tag
• use composer for some external dependencies

More PHP 7 updates, phpmailer, password reset

This release has:

• more PHP 7 compatibility changes
• a new phpmailer module to send email via SMTP
• a password reset feature via the command line
• a configuration check for outdated mysql usage if you are using PHP 7. You will see a message to update your config file. This should catch problems with upgrading.
