code to validate Singapore phone numbers and tell which telco owns them.

1. Download as zip folder
2. Extract all the files
3. CLick and run generatephonenumbers.py
4. Place results in same folder as checkphonenumbers.py
5. CLick and run checkphonenumbers.py
