tooltip overlapping problem : tooltip's area for the selected tab is truncated at right where is the close button
…button when mouse is over close button, OnGetToolTipInfo is called with id of the selected tab, but with the hot tracking status, the "Close" text is used

I am trying to write a code source that will be and open source license API for cloud -storage. Except in my version there will be ultimate changes... I am trying to incorporate the ability to jump from one storage access point to another using my code and app. AI has came a long way since we first began writing code for profit, now it is time to write code for prophets.
