Initial release, including the spread and pick protocol

Spread N' Pick (Pre release as .autopick() and .spread() are not yet supported by Transcriptic.)

First protocol is a basic spread and pick of bacteria. It gives the user a 96-deep container at the end with at most 8 colonies from one solid culture.
