Playsound dependency error

Summary

In #725 we switched from the unmaintained playsound dependency to playsound3, fixing dependency installation locally and in CI. Our pixi env now contains only playsound. Thus, our usage of the playsound3 library does not work anymore (see screenshot).

Expected behavior

We should be able to play sound.

Current behavior

Steps to Reproduce

Win a match.

Possible Solution

• Use playsound again. Why did we switch again to playsound3?
• Use the sound-playing functionality of the new audio-common ROS package.
• Do it similarly to the new TTS.
• ...
