Added 13 new citations to expand the references; added more context/details to both the existing citations and the new ones.
Added an introduction to provide better context, along with 7 new citations to expand the references. Also, moved the previous regret study from 'sources.md' to 'desistance.md' since it seems more relevant there.

In the gender-affirming-care document, I have added 13 new citations to expand the references; added more context/details to both the existing citations and the new ones.
In the desistance document, I have added an introduction to provide better context, along with 7 new citations to expand the references. Also, I have moved the previous regret study from 'sources.md' to 'desistance.md' since it seems more relevant there.
