Simple clean architecture template with Balzor frontend

Usage as a template

Clean files which you don't want to be included in the template(.git, .vs, bin, obj, etc...)
Run this command from the root of the solution dotnet new install .\
To create a new project using this template run dotnet new clean-web-blazor -n MyProject
