Autonomously performed the Frontend Architectural Enforcer mandate. Refactored the /frontend directory to perfectly align with the deterministic, 4-step "Bad-to-Solution" lifecycle and strict metadata structure as outlined by the Vibe Coding rules and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. Ensure maximum deterministic readability for AI agents.

…t parsing

- Audited and updated Markdown files across angular, react, qwik, solidjs, and typescript directories.
- Refactored loose, conversational instruction blocks to adhere to the strict 4-step bad-to-solution deterministic lifecycle (`❌ Bad Practice`, `⚠️ Problem`, `✅ Best Practice`, `🚀 Solution`).
- Enforced correct YAML frontmatter requirements (removed unrequested keys like description, topic, etc. and ensured the 7 core required keys are present).
- Unified formatting (e.g., standardizing list item icons to `🚨`).
- Updated code snippets to use 2026 paradigms (e.g., Angular signals/model()/output(), React 19+ useActionState/use()).
