Fix Docker build issue with better-sqlite3

Changes:

Fixed native module build issue for better-sqlite3
Added required build dependencies in Dockerfile
Added .dockerignore to prevent copying node_modules
Updated README with Docker setup instructions

Result:

Docker build works without errors
Application runs successfully inside container
