ci: standardize workflows and chart patterns to match org playbook

Summary

Updates the AGENTS.md CI/CD section to explicitly document the standardized patterns already in place — matching the qcon-api reference implementation structure. The workflows, Chart.yaml, release-please-config.json, and Helm templates were already standardized in PR #20; this PR completes the documentation alignment.

Changes:

• Added bullet-point CI/CD details (release-please, FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24, OCI builds, image/chart registry paths) above the existing workflow table

• Verify AGENTS.md CI/CD section accurately reflects the repo's actual CI/CD setup

Notes

All workflow files, Chart.yaml, release-please-config.json, and Helm deployment template already match the org playbook patterns from the previous standardization PR (#20). This PR only adds the missing documentation details to AGENTS.md.
