Bai Tengfei

Product manager, now exploring independent development with AI.

My work began with a fascination for the Internet of Things and gradually expanded into smart devices, AI, and robotics. Over the years, I’ve lived through multiple waves of technology — from NLP, deep learning, and knowledge graphs to the rise and fall of smartwatches, smart speakers, and home robots.

I also spent two years building in robotics. Today, I’m focused on turning large-model capabilities into products that are practical, grounded, and useful in everyday life.
