Based on the statements from chromiecraft/PTR-review#49, as well as concerns from https://github.com/orgs/chromiecraft/discussions/8822 and my own guildmates.
I'm not sure how much a damage buff is necessarily even warranted, given that healing hasn't been particularly buffed afaik compared to the original run.
