No longer necessary as we link the UserModel.user_id into the campaign-action-message model and therefore we know that the user has started a campaign.
renames Bot to TGInformerBot to allow more bots in the future.
Sets boundaries with mapbox provider.
Displays them on the EditCampaign map
Pending verification of issuerId to save bounds. Pending use of PostGIS ST_Intersects to get users within the region
