Replace generated Kotlin client with v1.1.0 release from artifact-keeper-api. Adds new API surfaces (Approval, ArtifactLabels, Curation, PeerInstanceLabels, Quality, RepositoryLabels, ServiceAccounts, Uploads) and ~100 new model classes. Updates existing API and model files with schema changes.
