This release marks the THO / Project Go Forward production-readiness pass verified on April 29, 2026.

Highlights

  • Fixed Document Center blank-PDF fill behavior and added regression coverage.
  • Hardened /healthz with deployed SHA plus dependency status reporting.
  • Aligned admin PIN lockout behavior and documented PIN rotation without exposing values.
  • Added static cache and feedback redaction hardening.
  • Repaired and validated the read-only production smoke script.
  • Refreshed operator/demo documentation, including the THO showcase and Etai/Notion boundary memo.

Verification

  • Live /healthz/ reported the same SHA.
  • Production smoke passed 11/11 read-only probes against https://sapphirealpha.xyz.
  • Admin APIs checked by smoke returned 401 without credentials.
