Fully populated the new UC1 role-mapped runbooks (cdp_master.md, cdp_bus.md, cdp_utility.md) inside the local Knowledge Base directory path. Verified that FileKnowledgeBase token-overlap scoring cleanly intercepts incoming Terraform VM host conventions and safely extracts target log directories, passing all pytest unit assertions.
