Clarify agent routing and add tail surfaces

Summary

• Clarify agent card/session routing so agent cards and labels start fresh sessions by default, while session:<id> / targetSessionId are the explicit path for continuing an exact session.
• Add broker Tail surfaces across runtime HTTP/TRPC, CLI, MCP, and the native macOS app.
• Document the agent work-preservation default in AGENTS.md: stage real source/docs/tests/UI work by default, filter only artifacts/scratch/clear experiments, and prefer commits/branches over stash.
• Refresh landing messaging around native Mac, web dashboard, and iPhone surfaces.
