cloudberry-pxf has its own version of
pxf_fdw[1]. It was decided[2] to keep latest version inapache/cloudberry-pxfrepository.So, disable
pxf_fdwplugin build to avoid file clash.Note: I have left
--enable-pxffor sonarqube and coverity[1] https://github.com/apache/cloudberry-pxf/tree/main/fdw
