• gt_covid - pythonn env
• python_app - data vis / server
• ios_app - xcode proj

Setup Instructions

environment is checked in to hopefully avoid dependency issues.

1. activate env using source gt_covid/bin/activate

2. start jupyter server using jupyter notebook

note: might have to manually fix the kernel to use the activated venv using Kernel -> change kernel -> gt_covid
