…ities Rewrite README from prose-heavy 268-line document to a scannable 280-line showcase with shields.io badges, emoji-marked feature grid, expanded 11-row comparison table, 10-tool catalog, and condensed agent-first philosophy. Remove stale "v1"/"planned" language. Surface full-capabilities install as an optional rich experience upgrade. Fix stale plugin count in docs/visual.md (~28 → 37).
