1. First modify add your bot token and chat_id into app.py
2. Run pip install -r requirements
3. heroku create {your_app_name}
4. Copy the app url like https://github-telegram-notificator.herokuapp.com/
5. Create webhook of your repository on github.com/user/repository/settings/hooks/new and paste app url into payload url field All done
