This PR proposes TIP-796: Dual-Word + 4-Digit Username System for TRON Accounts — a decentralized, human-readable username format consisting of two meaningful English words plus a 4-digit suffix (e.g., moonriver4821).

Key points:

  • Dual-word + 4-digit format (case-insensitive, ASCII only)
  • Non-transferable usernames to preserve decentralization
  • Wallets must display both username and full destination address in the confirmation modal before signing
  • Enormous namespace (≈3.6 quadrillion combinations) using a large vetted wordlist
  • Goal: reduce copy/paste errors and prevent address-hijacking by malware
  • With over 650,000 meaningful English words, this design supports 3.6 quadrillion unique usernames
