Steps to reproduce figures in the paper

1. Raw data are contained in the data folder as "CrypticCarbon_horizon.csv" This creates the data in "CrypticCarbon_Stocks_Full_Revised.csv" which can be used as the starting point
2. Process raw data using "CrypticCarbonProcessing.R"
3. Examine modeling approach in "CrypticCarbonModeling.R"
4. Create Figures and Tables using "CrypticCarbonFiguresTables.R"
5. Create Maps and Other figures using the "CrypticCarbonModelingMaps.R" or "CrypticCarbon_SizeDistribution.R"
