The userIdsFromOrg computation is gated by teamsFromOrg.length > 0; this skips fetching org members when there are no child teams, so org owners/admins would miss user-scoped bookings in orgs with only the root team. Consider fetching by teamIds (which already includes orgId) regardless of child teams.
