DRAFT: subject to testing in Electronic Payments- testing done and working as expected.Updating our fork for the upstream changes - looks like they finally updated the pyxb version from 1.2.5->1.2.6.
I also ran into some poetry dependency errors with this project specifying python ">3.10", where we're using ">=3.10" in Electronic Payments, so I updated here.
