- Create `docs/assets/demo/` directory with `AGENTS.md`, symlinks, and recording instructions using asciinema and agg. - Add manually recorded `demo.gif` showcasing the TUI. - Embed the demo GIF in `README.md`. - Update `docs/assets/AGENTS.md` directory index with `demo/` entry. - Raise `check-added-large-files` threshold to 1024 KB to allow the demo GIF.
