Summary

• Add docs/design/codex-rosary-determinism-friction.md, a PR [rosary-59fd34] Introduce agent-native dispatch run spec #247 friction log focused on determinism vs LLM rule-following.
• Classify concrete incidents from the Codex/Rosary workflow: skill discovery, MCP availability, scope-boundary review notes, rsry MCP ergonomics, repo registration, Semgrep/X509, sccache sandboxing, stale build hash, manual fresh-eyes review prompt assembly, and GitHub projection risk.
• Convert each class into deterministic substrate candidates: schemas/run specs, grants, artifacts, tests, dependency edges, registered skill/repo discovery, and verification observations.
• Link the new doc from the Codex/Claude dispatch parity matrix.
