This PR contains a few changes. Recent changes include adding a reconnect for the APRS-IS and adding a command to see the closest APRS stations to your Meshtastic node. By sending !stations aprstastic will reply with a list of 10 stations closest to you. Since we need to edit the APRS-IS filter to do this, a few new options were added to the config. If not filled out, aprstastic operates the same way as it did in the past.
