Using github to manage proposals and decisions

We propose using github and this repo to manage and discuss proposals, and keep a record of voted-upon decisions for the Influence DAO.

As you said, it was easy to create a free account and comment.

I'm good with it, mimic the EIP process. They have additional layers now (required discussion in Ethereum Research, etc.) but we could always add that down the line if necessary.

Voting is done using snapshot X polls, for example on this proposals we vote here: https://snapshot.box/#/s:influenc.eth/proposal/0xa0fa8ba8b00fa4ce7689850b75461c4e1d2423385a56a21d06f1afe3d91d78af

Then if the vote passes, we link to the snapshot that was resolved, and use it as "proof" that this proposal was accepted.

Then it will be merged into the main branch to be included in the "official rules" of the DAO.
