Full-stack web app I built with a team at Resilient Coders. Owned DevOps and project management, got it from zero to production.

• Built and maintained the CI/CD pipeline; deploys to dev, staging, and prod ran through me
• Ran the team's Git workflow: branching conventions, PR reviews, conflict resolution
• Coordinated sprints and made sure nothing stayed stuck

Landing page I built for a local driving school. Goal was to rank in Google and turn visitors into enrolled students.

• Structured metadata and sitemaps for SEO; ranks on page one for local driving searches
• Modular components and CSS animations, built mobile-first
• Reorganized the content hierarchy and lifted conversion by ~35%
