Fixes an issue where users still see
Roo Codeon the extension welcome screen and provider setup flow, even though the product has been renamed to Zoo Code.Why this change was made
The onboarding copy was still coming from localized
welcome.jsonbundles in the webview, so the rename was incomplete for anyone landing on the welcome screen outside the default shell chrome.User impact
