Update icons and images for Roo → Zoo migration

Overview

Replaces all icon and image assets with new Zoo-branded placeholders as part of the Roo to Zoo migration. The current icons are temporary while contributors finalize the design.

• All icons are placeholders — final design is pending contributor consensus.

• A follow-up PR will swap these for the agreed-upon assets.
