Fixes an issue where users opening Zoo Code Discord links outside
apps/web-roo-codecould be sent through outdated invite URLs across the docs, localized docs, extension UI, and related fixtures.Why this change was made
The task was to replace every Discord invite outside
apps/web-roo-codewith the new server invite while leaving that app directory untouched. This updates the sharedwebview-uiDiscord destinations and refreshes the copied links in translated docs and fixtures so they stay aligned.User impact

apps/web-roo-codenow resolve to the current Zoo Code invite, so contributors and extension users land in the right server from the README, contribution guides, settings copy, and announcement surfaces.
