Fix for the command that creates personas. Problem in Zimbra 10: - When sending messages as another user using a persona created with the Toolkit, the messages remained in drafts. The cause is a missing parameter zimbraPrefFromAddressType sendAs

Problem in Zimbra 10:
When sending messages as another user using a persona created with the Toolkit, the messages remained in drafts.
The error is that the zimbraPrefFromAddressType sendAs parameter is missing when creating a persona.
This commit fixes a bug.
